A daily garbage “harvest” from a little indonesian village

This is the daily collection of garbage around our jetty. If we will find the way to convert plastic into money, we will be rich very soon, or most probably we will have a clean sea.

This is just the (partial) result of the production of small village (Mokupa) with few hundred inhabitants. Can you imagine what a big city like Manado or Jakarta can produce?

How long we will permit plastic producers lobby keep filling of garbage our planet? We have to wait until all the petroleum will finish?
