Very disappointed with Sealux company

I’m really disappointed with the company Sealux, my camera’s housing brand (www.sealux.de). I’m trying to contact them since months as I need some spare parts for my housing, but no answer both from e-mails (at least 6) and from the web on-line contact form. And from remote Indonesian areas is not exactly easy to try to make a phone call.

I understand that sometimes it is impossible to answer in real-time, but at least an answer in 3 months would be appreciated.

Probably it’s time to change brand.

    Just a little update: I have received an answer from the company and they will send me the parts. I’m happy for that, but I remain disappointed for the long silence, that they attribute to their Boot Show participation.
